Our Story
Q3 Strategy was founded in 2021, born out of a dedication to enhance global health and international development, particularly for underserved populations. This woman-owned and led enterprise arose during a critical time, as the world was battling COVID-19, and when innovative and inclusive strategies became crucial to address global health challenges.
From the onset, Q3 Strategy differentiated itself by emphasising community-driven approaches, drawing from the rich cultural and professional diversity of a team that quickly grew to a diverse team made of over 83 different cultures. With more than 50 multidisciplinary experts, our company has consistently delivered impactful research programmes, partnerships, and policies that defy the status quo.
With each project, whether it’s supporting organisations to develop new, relevant and impactful strategies, evaluating key programmes, developing gender-sensitive programmes, or strengthening health systems against emergencies, Q3 Strategy remains true to its core values: empowerment, innovation, and inclusivity. Our approach is not just about addressing immediate global health concerns but about weaving the fabric of resilient communities through sustained and systemic change.
As Q3 Strategy forges ahead, our foundational commitment to place citizens at the centre of their own health and the well-being of communities worldwide remains unwavering. Our story is one of passion, purpose, and persistent progress towards a healthier, more equitable world
